Enimerosi participating in journalists΄ strike

The strike action begins at 5:00 AM on Tuesday, April 8, and ends at 5:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9.
The Board of Directors of the Union of Daily Newspaper Journalists of Peloponnese – Epirus – Islands calls on all colleagues, both members and non-members of the Union, to participate in the new 24-hour nationwide strike across all media outlets, declared by POESY and the Journalists' Unions.
The strike action begins at 5:00 AM on Tuesday, April 8, and ends at 5:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9.
Journalists from newspapers, magazines, public, municipal, and private radio and television outlets, the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (AMNA), press offices, online media, and all other workplaces are participating in the strike.

Journalists continue to fight for decent wage increases through Collective Labour Agreements
The Boards of Directors of the Panhellenic Federation of Journalists' Unions (POESY) and its member journalism unions (ESHEA, ESHEMTH, ESHEPIN, ESHETHSTE, and ESPIT) have jointly decided to carry out a new 24-hour strike for all journalists across all media in the country, from 5:00 AM on Tuesday, April 8, to 5:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9.
This third consecutive strike is taking place one day before the general strike declared for April 9 by the trade unions of the country’s private and public sectors, focusing on the demand for the signing of collective labour agreements—a demand that is taking on a nationwide character.
