Fire breaks out at Benitses hotel

CORFU. Six fire engines with 13 firefighters rushed to the scene and were able to extinguish it.
The Fire Department received a call on Saturday, February 15, around 12:00, regarding a fire at a hotel in the Benitses area.
According to information from the fire department, the fire broke out in the basement of the hotel, where renovation work is underway.
Six vehicles with 13 firefighters rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire.
The incident is being investigated by a team from the Fire Department’s Investigation Division to determine the exact cause of the fire.
