Extension of land registry process in Corfu until April 13th
CORFU. The news was announced by Corfu ND MP Stefanos Gikas.
The deadline for the submission of property declaration forms for Corfu has been extended by two months, as announced by the Nea Dimokratia Member of Parliament for Corfu, Stefanos Gikas, in a post on Facebook.
Interested parties now have until April 13th to settle any outstanding matters.
In his post, the MP states:
"I would like to thank the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Konstantinos Kyranakis, with whom I had a productive meeting today, for responding to our request and extending the deadline for the submission of property declaration forms for Corfu by 2 months (until April 13, 2024).
He also informed me about the new portal of the Hellenic Cadastre (maps.ktimatologio.gr), where the preliminary backgrounds of various properties with cadastral codes are already visible. However, as expected, these are not accurate (they contain errors).
Therefore, it would be advisable for people to check the maps now, locate their properties, and, of course, make any necessary corrections by submitting their declarations promptly with the corresponding evidence of their properties.
