Land Registry deadline extended for twenty days
CORFU. Submit your application by 20 December and provide the documents later, writes the Deputy Minister of Shipping.
Following the appeals of the two government MPs from Corfu and Igoumenitsa, Gikas and Giongiakas, Kyriakos Kyriakakis relented, and the deadline for submitting timely declarations for land registration has been extended.
According to a post by Stefanos Gikas on his social media account: "After communicating today with the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Kostas Kyriakakis – and due to the volume of submitted declarations – the land registration process in Corfu and Thesprotia has been extended by 20 days, until December 20, 2024.
This means that members of the public can submit a simple application through dilosi.ktimatologio.gr (or in person) by December 20 and provide the necessary supporting documents (such as topographic maps, contracts, etc.) at a later date."
