Foreign national arrested with club in his van

CORFU. The man was arrested for illegal possession of a weapon.
A foreign national was arrested in Corfu on Sunday afternoon, 3/12, for illegal possession of a weapon.
According to the Hellenic Police, he was located during targeted police checks in Corfu Town and arrested because, a 60cm club was found in the van he was driving, which was then confiscated.
The man was taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
