Central Corfu Mayor welcomes Erasmus pupils and teachers

CORFU. Skripero Junior High School is already hosting, until 20 May, 50 pupils and teachers from five countries - Lithuania, Portugal, France, Spain and Turkey.
The Central Corfu Mayor Meropi Ydraiou welcomed today at the Ionian Parliament pupils and teachers from the countries that are taking part in the Erasmus “More mobile more successful” programme of the Skripero Junior High School.
The Mayor thanked the teachers and the pupils for the visit and expressed her satisfaction that the Erasmus programme discusses the issue of web apps in the educational process, while also using mobile phones and tablets for educational purposes. She then talked briefly about Corfu Town and congratulated the school Principal for broadening the horizons of the Skripero Junior High pupils.
