Almost 1,000 international flights in first half of August in Corfu

CORFU. UK at the top of the list again.
In the first two weeks of August, there were 998 arrivals of commercial international flights at Corfu Airport.
According to the President of the Civil Aviation Employees' Union Dimitris Roussos, the UK is again on top of the list with 226 flights, followed by Germany with 189, Italy with 108, France with 93 and Poland with 72.
Seat occupancies seem to have improved and the aim is for August to end with the 85% of August 2019. It is worth mentioning that there were 1,187 international flights in August 2020 and around 2,200 in August 2019.
