Substantial growth in air traffic recorded in December

In 2025, total passenger traffic at Fraport Greece airports surpassed 37 million passengers for the first time.
Corfu 'Ioannis Capodistrias' Airport recorded a 41.6% increase in December compared with the same month in 2024, with the total number of passengers reaching 27,572.
In December 2025, airports managed by Fraport Greece handled 881,000 passengers in a single month, representing an increase of 9.4% compared to December 2024.
Domestic passenger traffic amounted to 512,000 passengers, corresponding to an increase of 9.5% compared to December 2024.
International passenger traffic reached 369,000 passengers, marking an increase of 9.2% compared to December 2024.
Since 2017, the year the 14 regional airports were conceded, Fraport Greece has welcomed more than 249.6 million passengers.
