CORFU. Fraport also sent its modern fire engine to help extinguish the fire on board the MSC cruise ship.
The Fire Department requested the assistance of Corfu Airport Fire Service and Fraport immediately sent its modern fire engine to help extinguish the fire on board the MSC cruise ship.
The MSC Lyrica came to Corfu on 30 January for a winter lay up at the port. The cruise company made it known that it would be following all the health and port protocols and that the crew would remain on board for as long as the health authorities required it.
