ATHENS. The Central Council of Architecture has approved the development study for the tourist resort village in North Corfu.
The meeting of the Central Council of Architecture was chaired by Efthymios Bakoyiannis, General Secretary for Spatial Planning & Urban Environment.
Several important planning and architectural projects were reviewed and approved, including Erimitis.
"The development study for the tourist resort village 'Kassiopi Corfu' was approved. The project includes a 5-start hotel resort with 180 beds, villa and apartment complexes, rejuvenation centre and tourist marina facilities."
