CORFU. Despite his inventiveness he wasn΄t able to avoid arrest.
Corfu Drugs Squad arrested a 20-year-old man who had in his possession, amongst other things, 150g of cocaine.
According to Ionian Islands Regional Police, the young man was arrested on Tuesday 15 October when he was stopped and searched by police. They found a package in his possession which contained a speaker, which, in turn, contained two packages with 150g cocaine.
Following a search of the man's house, in the presence of a judicial officer, a small amount (9g.) of unprocessed cannabis was found along with precision scales, a mobile phone and 2,800 Euros.
The 20-year-old was interrogated by the Drugs Squad and then taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
