Two arrests in South Corfu for cultivation and possession of unprocessed cannabis

CORFU. 15 plants and a quantity of unprocessed cannabis confiscated.
The Drug Squad arrested two men, aged 34 and 64, in South Corfu on Tuesday 18th for cultivation of cannabis plants and possession of unprocessed cannabis.
In the first case five cannabis plants up to a height of 1.3m were found on land belonging to the 34-year-old.
In the second case the 64-year-old was found to be in possession of 33.4g unprocessed cannabis and in a search that followed 10 cannabis plants up to a height of 1.6m were found growing outside.
Following interrogations by the Drug Squad the two men were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
