Seamen’s strike continues

Corfu Seamen’s Union have decided to continue their strike until 6am on Monday, unless something changes in the meantime.
The union’s announcement is as follows:
“Following a fruitless discussion with the Marine Ministry and after a unanimous decision at Friday’s general assembly, the union administration have decided to continue the local strike for another 48 hours, commencing at 6am on Saturday and finishing at 6am on Monday 6 November. There is a possibility that the strike may continue after that.”
