20-year-old arrested in Corfu for series of thefts

Along with two accomplices – who are still wanted by police – the young man is alleged to have been involved in two thefts and one attempted theft.
 
The two thefts were of mobile phones and took place on the evening of Wednesday 25 October – one from a house in Kokkini and the other from a 27-year-old Lithuanian. The three men are also alleged to have been involved in an attempted burglary in Kokkini, but didn’t take anything.
 
The 20-year-old was taken to the Prosecutor’s Office in Corfu and the stolen phones were returned to their owners.
