Walk and yoga at Mon Repos

CORFU. Meet up at 10:00 on Sunday 18 February at Mon Repos entrance,

On Sunday, February 18th, there will be a walk and yoga session at Mon Repos. The meeting point will be at the Mon Repos estate, starting with a leisurely walk and concluding with a relaxed outdoor yoga class (Yoga Synergy/5D Flow).

There is no specific cost for the class; instead, a donation box will be available for the instructor.

The class itself is very gentle and suitable for absolute beginners or those who have never practised yoga before.

No equipment is required.

See you on Sunday, February 18th, at 10:00 at the entrance to Mon Repos!
