Official performance of CIOFF International Festival anthem composed by Kostas Savvanis
CORFU. Tonight, 6 September, at the Palace of St. Michael and St. George (in case of rain, in the Municipal Theatre).
The first official performance of the anthem of the International CIOFF Festival of Mediterranean Cultures, to be held in Corfu from September 6th to 10th, will take place on Wednesday, September 6th, at 20:30, at the Palace of St. Michael and St. George (in case of rain, in the Municipal Theatre). The anthem has been composed by the Artistic Director of the Ionian Conservatory, Kostas Savvanis.

The anthem will be performed by the 'Old' Philharmonic Society and will mark the beginning of the Festival.
The festival, in which 16 Mediterranean countries are participating, is being held under the auspices of the President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, and is being organised on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the signing of the UNESCO Convention for Intangible Cultural Heritage.
