CORFU. All scheduled public celebratory events throughout the Ionian Islands Region are being suspended.
The scheduled public celebratory events throughout the Ionian Islands Region are being suspended due to the declaration of three days of national mourning for the victims of the deadly shipwreck in international waters west of Greece on June 14.
The Regional Authority also announced that flags on all public buildings will be flown at half-mast until Friday 16 June.
