Council of State to adjudicate on application for annulment of building permits for Erimitis on 31 May

On Wednesday, May 31, after several postponements, the application for the annulment of the building permits for Erimitis will be adjudicated by the Council of State.
Representing the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment in the trial is the company New Corfu Real Estate Investments, which is represented in Athens by the law firm of Kerameos and the Corfu law firm.
Volunteering his legal services free, Giorgos Kaloudis, a lawyer from Corfu and the leader of the party Prota I Kerkyra is representing the applicant, the Municipality of North Corfu, and indirectly the Save Erimitis Movement, which has been at the forefront of the fight for the past 10 years for the protection and preservation of the natural beauty of Erimitis, threatened by the construction of tourist properties.
