ATHENS. EODY announced 53,436 new cases from 24 to 30 October - including 419 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 53,436 confirmed new cases last week, 23% of which were reinfections. The total number of cases in Greece is now 5,188,890, of which 52.1% are females.
The number of new hospital admissions is 1,324, while 1,014 have been discharged from hospital.
85 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 73 and 96.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70.
There were 164 deaths taking the total number of fatalities to 33,750. 96.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
