EODY: 269 new cases of coronavirus in Greece today

ATHENS. EODY announced 269 new confirmed cases on 20 August, of which 11 were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 7,934, of which 55.3% are males. 1,783 (22.5%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,658 (46.1%) are from contacts with known cases.
30 patients - 7 female, 23 male - are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 68 and 46.7% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 140 patients have been discharged from ICUs
There were no deaths today, and the total number of fatalities remains at 235. 82 (34.9%) were females and the average age was 77. 95.3% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
