CORFU. The 32-year-old foreign national who is alleged to have injured a 38-year-old fellow national in the head in Dassia last week has been remanded in custody.

There was a fight last Tuesday between the two men for personal reasons and the 32-year-old, who turned himself in two days later on Thursday, has been charged with seriously injuring the 38-year-old on the head with a metal object.
The 38-year-old man was found unconscious with serious head injuries outside some houses in Dassia.
