2-year-old child falls from balcony in Petriti

According to initial information, the child was rushed to Corfu General Hospital in a private vehicle and the father was escorted by a police vehicle. The child arrived at the hospital at about 2pm.

According to Hospital Directo Phivos Kakavitsas, the initial examination in the A & E Department didn't show any serious injuries. The child is being monitored and other examinations are being carried out and will probably be admitted to the Surgical Department.
