CORFU. Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident.
A driver hit a 15-year-old cyclist and drove off. The incident has been publicised on social media along with a photo of a car said to be the one that hit the boy
Police have confirmed that the hit-and-run accident was reported and they are now seeking the driver. The incident occurred on 12 June in Alepou-Agios Nikolaos and was reported to the police by the boy's mother on the 14th.
The boy suffered serious injuries and is still hospitalised.
