CORFU.The paving on both sides of Villa Rosa is almost complete. The deputy mayor for Technical Services, Andreas Goulis, spoke to Enimerosi about the work being done on pavements in Corfu Town.
Mr. Goulis said that the work on the pavement on one side of Villa Rosa was proceeding satisfactorily, whereas on the other side there is one section where the pavement is very narrow and the owners have been asked to allow ½ metre of their property along that section to be used in order to widen the it. They are awaiting a reply.
When the work at Villa Rosa has been completed, according to Mr. Goulis, work will begin on the pavement in Garitsa on the park side between the Douglas Column and the Desyllas property. They will then move on to improve the pavement on Leof. Alexandras.
