Section of Achilleio Road closed to traffic due to subsidence

CORFU. The road will be closed to traffic from today, 20 February until Tuesday 24 February (07:30).
Due to the dangerous subsidence of the road surface caused by severe weather conditions, temporary traffic regulations are being announced for the safety of the public on Eth. Achilleio Road, from the Achilleion Museum to the junction near the Angsana Hotel.
The measures are in effect from 20/2 until Tuesday, 24 February (07:30).
The closure is necessary for the immediate execution of road restoration works and to prevent accidents, as passage through the area is considered unsafe.
Drivers are kindly requested to exercise caution and follow alternative routes and the instructions of the authorities.
