Fire in centre of Corfu Town early this morning
Tourist boat catches fire between Paxos and Corfu
CORFU. The right engine of the boat caught fire but it was extinguished by those on board. Two coastguard vessels and two nearby boats rushed to the scene.

ATHENS. The Ionian Islands are in the very high risk category on the fire risk map for Tuesday.
Fire in Vraganiotika under control
CORFU. Fire broke out in Vraganiotika at 14:10, but it was brought under control.

Bus catches fire
CORFU. The Fire Department was called out at 8:35 and three fire engines with right firefighters rushed to the scene.

CORFU. A team of the Hellenic Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA) branch in Ioannina visited the affected areas in North Corfu Municipality (Loutses, Peritheia, Lafki, Sinies, Kassiopi, Nissaki).
