Shepherd, 75, dies after falling in well in South Corfu

CORFU. Firefighters pulled him out of the well at midnight.

A 75-year-old man lost his life after falling into a well in the area of Alevropari in South Corfu.

The man had been missing since the afternoon, and firefighters had been searching for him. At midnight, he was found in the well and pulled out unconscious. Subsequently, it was determined that he had unfortunately passed away.

The exact cause of his death will be determined by the autopsy.
