CORFU. The fire broke out in a grassland area.
A wildfire broke out on Monday evening in M. Grava, near Loutses, prompting an immediate response from firefighters and local authorities.
The blaze, burning through grassland, has mobilised significant firefighting resources. Four fire engines, a specialised EMODE team, and two PZL-type aircraft conducting continuous water drops are currently battling the flames.
According to initial reports, the fire has developed two active fronts. Fire crews are focusing their efforts on containing the blaze and preventing it from spreading to nearby areas.
