Fire in Agios Georgios Pagon - arson suspected

CORFU. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
A fire broke out in the early morning hours, around 3:30 a.m., in Agios Georgios Pagon, near a hotel complex. The blaze, which occurred in a residential area, was quickly brought under control by firefighters, who rushed to the scene and, with the assistance of residents, prevented it from spreading.
The Fire Service is conducting an investigation into the exact causes, as there are reports suggesting suspicions of arson.
