CORFU. The young Italian was not remanded in custody and tomorrow, 17 July, he will appear before the Investigating Magistrate again.
An 18-year-old British woman reported on 13 July that she had been the victim of rape by a 19-year-old Italian man.
The police acted promptly and arrested the young man, who was brought before a Prosecutor and an Investigating Magistrate.
The young Italian was not remanded in custody and tomorrow, 17 July, he will appear before the Investigating Magistrate again.
