CORFU. The fire broke out inside the building, which contained a lot of rubbish.
Fire broke out on Monday afternoon in an abandoned building in the town centre, opposite Iakovou Polyla pedestrian street and the 1st and 5th Junior High Schools. A strong force from the Fire Department arrived at the scene and attempted to contain the spread of the fire. The fire started inside the building, which contained a lot of rubbish, and the authorities will investigate the causes.
