Hefty fine for burning dry grass

CORFU. The fine was imposed by investigative officers from Corfu Fire Service.
An administrative fine of 1,875 euros was imposed by investigative officers from Corfu Fire Service on a woman who burned dry grass within a plot of land, in violation of the existing legislation. The incident occurred yesterday, Monday, in the area of Petriti in South Corfu.
