Man, 33, arrested for cannabis and cocaine trafficking

CORFU. 460g unprocessed cannabis, 39g cocaine and €69,800 were seized.
A 33-year-old man was arrested the Drugs Squad yesterday morning for drug trafficking.
The man was located based on information received and was arrested following a search conducted at his residence in the suburbs of Corfu Town and the following wwere found and seized:
- 460 grams of unprocessed cannabis,
- 39 grams of cocaine,
- 13.5 grams of an unknown substance,
- €69,800 in cash
- 3 precision electronic scales.
An investigation into the case was carried out by the Corfu Drugs Squad, during which a passenger car, a van, and a motorcycle were seized as means of transporting narcotics.
A criminal case of a felonious nature was filed against him for drug trafficking, and he was taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
