Three arrested for possession and trafficking of cannabis

CORFU. 240g of unprocessed cannabis and precision scales were seized.
Three people - two foreign nationals and a Greek - were arrested yesterday in Triklino, Corfu Town and Potamos in possession of unprocessed cannabis.
Following up on information received, a Greek national was arrested in Triklino for drug trafficking, with 220g of unprocessed cannabis and precision scales being found following a search of his home.
In the evening of the same day (16/5), as part of an investigation, police found and arrested two people in Corfu Town and Potamos. The following were found in their possession:
- 70g of unprocessed cannabis and precision scales
- a separate small amount of cannabis
The Drugs Squad is conducting an investigation and the three were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
