Acharavi Primary School pupils learn about recycling

Third year pupils from Acharavi Primary School paid a visit to Acharavi Green Spot to learn about recycling. They were shown around the facility to learn about waste management at first-hand and watched a demonstration of sorting at source from municipal workers and volunteers.



At the end of the visit the pupils and teachers presented work they had done - posters with messages about recycling and protecting the planet, handcrafts etc.

Acharavi Green Spot welcomes schools, groups and organisations who wish to learn about recycling and raise their environmental awareness.
