Five people were arrested in Corfu and Zakynthos for noise pollution and playing music outside allowed times
As part of their ongoing checks of cafe bars and entertainment venues, police arrested five business owners on Sunday night (10/7) and early Monday morning for disturbing the peace and playing music outwith the times allowed.
Benitses - Two people - one Greek national and one foreign national - were arrested for playing music outside the allowed times.
Kavos - A Greek national was arrested for disturbing the peace and playing music outwith the times allowed.
Lagana, Zakynthos - Two Greek nationals were arrested for exceeding the allowed noise levels.
All those arrested were taken to apper before their respective prosecutors.
