ATHENS. Christina Gerekou received an award for her article on organ donation on Thursday evening.
Enimerosi's Christina Gerekou received an award for her article on organ donation on Thursday evening. The decision by the advisory committee for the Athanasios V. Botsis Foundation for the Promotion of Journalism was unanimous and she was presented with the award along with several other top journalists for their achievements in 2020-21.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the Greek President Katerina Sakelaropoulou and Corfu MPs Stefanos Gikas and Alekos Avlonitis were also amongst those present.
