Six drugs arrests in Ionian Islands

CORFU. In Corfu the following were seized - a small amount of unprocessed cannabis, 3 ecstasy pills and small amounts of crystal meth and heroin.
In the week from Friday 21 January, six people were arrested in Corfu, Cephalonia and Zakynthos for possession of drugs.
A foreign national and a Greek were arrested in Cephalonia yesterday, 27 January, for possession of small amounts of unprocessed cannabis.
Two people were arrested in Corfu. One was arrested on 25 January, with the following being found in his house following a search - a small amount of unprocessed cannabis, 3 ecstasy pills and small amount of crystal meth. The second was arrested on 21 January for possession of a small amount of heroin.
Another two people were arrested in Zakynthos on 22 January for possession of small amounts of heroin and other pills.
All those arrested were taken to appear before their local prosecutors.
