Four people arrested in Corfu and Cephalonia for drugs offences
CORFU. In Corfu three people were arrested in separate cases - two in Corfu Town and one in Kavos.
(Ionian Islands Regional Police) Four arrests were made in the last 24 hours in Corfu and Cephalonia, for cannabis plant cultivation and possession of narcotic substances.
In Corfu, in three different incidents – two of them in the town and one in the Kavos area – the following were arrested:

A 26-year-old local man for cultivating a cannabis plant, 25 cm in height.

A 27-year-old local man for possession of 7 grams of processed cannabis.

A 38-year-old foreign national for possession of a small quantity of unprocessed cannabis.
Finally, in Cephalonia, a 28-year-old local man was arrested for possession of a small quantity of unprocessed cannabis.
The detainees were brought before the local Prosecutors.
