CORFU. A fire broke out on Saturday afternoon in Sinarades in the area of Aerostato.
According to the Fire Department, the fire broke out in a wooded area.
Firefighters were battling the fire on the ground and in the air with PZL firefighting planes and an erickson helicopter and were able to get it partially under control.
No houses were burned, while the firefighters have remained in the scene until the fire is completely extinguished.
