Two 17-year-olds arrested for ΄kidnapping΄ Santa!

They were arrested for removing part of the Municipal Christmas decoration. The two youngsters were taken in by police for removing Father Christmas from the small polyester car recently placed in San Rocco Square as part of the town's festive decorations.

Police found the two culprits and arrested them.



They also found Father Christmas, but is not known if he can be repaired - he will probably be replaced by another.

Charges were brought against the two 17-year-olds for damage to property and the Prosecutor ordered that they be released.
