CORFU. No lives were in danger - Woman, 85, taken to hospital as a precaution - Three fire engines rushed to scene.
A house in Kalafationes burnt down completely on Wednesday morning, 9 December.
The Fire Department got a call at 08:30 and three fire engines were sent immediately. According to the Department, no lives were in danger but the house burnt down.
An 85-year-old woman who lived in the house was taken to Corfu Hospital for precautionasry reasons.
