Man arrested on Saturday for break-ins now charged with a total of 9 burglaries

CORFU. Additional charges of burglary have been brought against the foreign national.
Additional charges have been brought by Corfu Police against the foreign national for burglaries in and around Corfu Town.
The accused man was arrested on Sunday night (30/8) for involvement in 4 break-ins and theft plus one attempted burglary.
On investigating the man's movements, police were able to link him to another 5 burglaries from houses recently in which he stole a total of 665 Euros and two wristwatches worth 300 Euros.
The additional charges have been forwarded to the Corfu Prosecutor.
