Tourist in quarantine: "I΄ve recovered. I΄m not contagious"

CORFU. A couple, who are journalists, sent a letter to Enimerosi in which they claim that the test result was a false positive and that they shouldn΄t be in the quarantine hotel.
The Iranian national who lives in the Czech Republic and works for Radio Free Europe says he was found positive for COVID-19 in Prague on 23 July, isolated and recovered.
After five days without symptoms he was examined by doctors and was allowed to return to work and travel.
When he arrived in Greece he was tested and EODY informed him that he had been found positive. He explained his situation and that according to epidemiologists a patient is contagious only for the first seven days but can have a false positive test. "I'm not sure if they understood me," he said.
He says that quarantine is causing problems for their flights and work and is requesting that his case be looked into again.
The letter:
"I am forwarding you the email I sent to all authorities about our situation, because no body is contacting us, or asking us about our situation. We are journalists working for Radio Free Europe and I guess it’s a very particular situation and people should know about it.
We are a couple coming from Prague , visiting Corfu.
My corona test οn arrival got positive and they called me after 3 days, as the authorities told us I stayed home for one day, and after that We planned our regular vacation.
Yesterday (Monday) I got a call from Athens that I have to move to quarantine hotel. But the person on the phone did not understand what I said about my Corona history.
I was diagnosed with Covid19 one month ago in Prague. I stayed in quarantine, overcame the symptoms and after 5 days without any symptoms and full recovery under monitoring of Czech health officials we were allowed to go out for work and travel.
We are in a very critical situation now, We have a hotel booking from tomorrow, We have our flight back on Saturday and most importantly we are sure that we are not contagious and We are stuck in quarantine.
I can send you our first positive results dated 23rd July , The Doctor’s certificate that our quarantine in Prague was over on 6th August , and Czech Republic hygiene office confirmation that I am not infectious or contagious.
I am sure you already know, but as I talked with epidemiologist and specialist doctor, people can spread the virus during first 7 days of their infection. You can test the level of our antibodies to understand the situation better.
On the other hand based on the various studies the second PCR test is most likely showing false positive results because of RNA of Covid in debris of Nasal or Oral channels. https://www.livescience.com/coronavirus-reinfections-were-false-positives.html
I have the right to ask for another test or at least talk to a specialist or epidemiologist so they understand the situation better.
I hope you understand our frustration because we understand the public health importance, but no body is willing to a analyze our specific case.

He also says that he has all the medical certification to back up what he is saying.
