Government spokesman: We deplore what happened in churches in Corfu and Koukaki

ATHENS. Government spokesman Stelios Petsas made it clear that we will all spend the Resurrection and Easter Sunday on our own.
He expressed his disapproval of the gathering of people in churches last weekend. "It is ignoring the recommendations of the Holy Synod and and violates the law that says that we keep our beliefs to ourself and avoid gatherings," he said with reference to what happened in Koukaki in Athens and Corfu.
