Youth arrested in Corfu for cannabis trafficking

CORFU. Police seized 257g of unprocessed cannabis, electronic scales and cash.
A 16-year-old youth was arrested last night for trafficking unprocessed cannabis. He was riding a motorbike when he was stopped and found in possession of 142g of unprocessed cannabis in three packages, electronic scales and 270 Euros.
His house was then searched by the Drugs Squad in the presence of a judicial officer and another 115g of unprocessed cannabis was found. His motorbike, which he used for transport to traffic the drugs, was also seized.
He was questioned by the Drugs Squad and then taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
