CORFU. The 39-year-old Corfu man arrested on Tuesday for child pornography and online child pornography appeared before the Prosecutor today.
In its investigation the Cyber Crimes Unit made us of evidence provided by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service, according to which an unknown internet user in Greece was in communication with a girl who was a US minor via a messaging service. He was able to persuade the girl to provide several nude photos and videos, which he then sent to relatives.
The accused man appeared before the Prosecutor today and was remanded in custody.
