CORFU. Lefkimmi Cultural & Environmental Society invites everyone to an open recycling discussion on Saturday 27 October at 19:30.
The meeting will take place in the Literature and Arts room at Lefkimmi Junior High School.
The Society posted the following: "There has been a great response from our small community to the recycling project which began a week ago. This is good news for us all and sends a loud message to all those who damage the environment and our lives. The large amount of recyclable materials which have been collected in such a short time indicates that there is a need for greater research, organization and participation in this ecological project.
For this reason we deem it necessary for us all to discuss the matter of recycling and all together to find ways to make the operation smooth and efficient".
