Two arrests for trafficking of hashish in Corfu

CORFU. Two men aged 35 and 36 were arrested by the Drugs Squad on Tuesday (26th) night in Corfu for trafficking unprocessed cannabis.
The police stopped and searched the car with the two men in it and found and confiscated packages with unprocessed cannabis - total weight 210g - as well as small amounts of cocaine.
The Drugs Squad interrogated the men as part of the investigation, in which the car driven by the 36-year-old was driving was also confiscated as the means by which the drugs were being trafficked.
The two men were taken to appear before the Corfu Prosecutor.
