Car catches fire at Emporiko Kentro

CORFU. There was serious damage to a car which caught fire at about 8 o΄clock on Sunday night.
The car was parked at the Emporiko Kentro (near Alykes) when it caght fire. The Fire Service was called but in the meantime people had started to put it out with fire extinguishers. According to the Fire Service, the car engine was burnt out.
The cause of the fire is not yet known and is being investigated.
